“After practicing dentistry for thirty five years, it has become clear that, developing lasting relationships with my patients not only improves our ability to tailor treatment specifically to your needs, but also makes the overall experience much more enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable. I know many of you may have had terrifying experiences at the dental office. I am here to tell you that it does not have to be that way. With the technology available today, careful and gentle hands, and for some, mild medications, we can make your dental experience enjoyable. Some of you may have been to dental offices where you have been rushed through treatment, had lengthy waiting periods, little time with the doctor, and inflexible payment policies. This is not the way we believe patients should be treated. We believe in customer service. And, because my office is small (only four treatment rooms), and because we work a relaxed but steady schedule, I am able to spend more time with my patients to discuss treatment or simply find out how your family is doing. This is my promise to you: I will give you the best that is humanly possible, whether it be dental treatment, advice regarding treatment or just sharing my time with you to make you comfortable. My staff will give you the most friendly service that you have ever seen in a dental office, and we will stand behind the quality and durability of our work, without the requirement of selling you a warranty (yes, dentists are doing this now). We value honesty and integrity above all in our work.”

Meet The Staff
Hygienist, Amy, RDH
In the summer of 1998 Amy went with a group of dentists on a mission group trip to Braila, Romania. After being thrown into assisting duty to help the 200 people a day that waited in line for hours for treatment she fell in love with the dental field and knew she wanted to be able to help people for years to come. Fast forward to today, Amy has been a hygienist for over 10 years, loves meeting new people, helping them feel confident about their smiles and helping people achieve optimal teeth and gum health. She has loved working with the amazing team at Dr. Bodies office because she is confident in Dr. Bodie’s ability to provide excellent customer care and loves, as she calls it, the “Nordstrom” environment of customer service and attention to detail. She also believes we have “the world’s best patients.”
When Amy is not at the office you will likely catch her on a run training for her next marathon, eating at Mi Cocina, traveling the world, or maybe even on the next ACT commercial as your friendly Hygienist. She hopes that she always portrays that the most important things in her life are her love for God, family, country and friends and that she looks forward to getting up everyday to help people smile.
Assistant, Meredith, RDA
Meredith is Dr.Bodie’s right hand gal. She has been in the dental field for 8 years! Meredith loves the patients that she gets to interact with. She always has a bright smile and a great attitude! Meredith is a very calming presence in the office and will make sure you are 110% comfortable during your dental procedure. In her time off, Meredith enjoys teaching competitive swim lessons. She also loves to spend time with her three gorgeous girl and her basset hound, Molly.
Office Manager, Jaylyn
Jaylyn is the first smiling face that you will encounter at Dr.Bodie’s office. She truly enjoys interacting with patients and hopes that she can be a bright point in their day. Jaylyn is here to help you navigate your schedule and finances to make sure that nothing stands in your way of having your dream smile. Her career in the dental field actually began 7 years ago as an assistant, so if duty calls you may even see her helping out Dr.Bodie! In her time away from the office you will likely find Jaylyn at the gym lifting weights, shopping, or wakeboarding at the lake with her husband and daughter!
